• Be a trainer to conduct training of "Basic Shop Floor Knowledge".
• As the method owner of "Training Management in Shop Floor" to review/update the method documents and implement to relevance functions.

The Bosch Training Center in ASEAN, is looking for an Expert, Learning and Development to lead their Learning & Development strategy advocating a learning culture in Bosch. Reporting to the Regional Head of Leaning and Development, ASEAN, you will be part of the dynamic learning and development team in Singapore, part of the global Bosch Training Alliance comprising 6 Regional Training providers worldwide. In this role, you will lead, create and execute strategies and programs across Bosch ASEAN. You will work with diverse stakeholders to evaluate individual and organizational development needs; manage budget and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). You will design and deliver classroom and online courses, workshops and other trainings and assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

1. Pre- training, On-day, Post- training co-ordination activities

2. Processing JKL requests, checking the details of claims, approve for re-imbursement

3. Communication with associates and handling clarifications through email

4. Align with stake holders to clarify any issues related to re-imbursement

5. Support HRS3-IN associates to provide input on status of JKL requests

6. Provide input to MSR, KPI with respect to training services under the relevant portfolio

7. Co ordinate to arrange training material for relevant trainings

8. Support during invoice processing of training cost recovery from the divisions

9. Participate in stakeholders meetings and close loop open points

10. Consolidation of re-reimbursement data and publish to stakeholders on a daily basis

„Assist the on-boarding training for new hire

• Prepare training materials before training date (print documents, set up stuff such as: tables, laptops,..)
• Monitor the training and support associates during training, and report to supervisor and relevant parties if any issue
• Follow up the completion as well as record the training data

Assist the training organization

• Prepare training materials and equipment if required.
• Book the training room if assigned.
• Book tea-break for trainings and order the stationery to the facility department.
• Prepare the entry form for external trainer and prepare the participant list.
• Set up the room and required facilities before training date.
• Distribute training materials, follow up the attendance, collect surveys/documents and 5S the room after training.
