Citi is seeking a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Data & Analytics Group Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in CRA. The CRA Data & Analytics Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals.
The CRA Data & Analytics Group Manager will be the technical expert and known internally and externally as a reliable, knowledgeable resource for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) reporting requirements. Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day Regulatory change activities related to new CRA changes.
Develops and oversees the CRA reporting of scorecards for overall CRA Lending, Investment and Service tests and provides oversight and review of the various line of business scorecards. Possesses a clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and CRA regulatory environment.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results related to implementation of new CRA changes. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full & matrix management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people and planning, to include performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior level position responsible for developing and executing a robust Audit Plan, in coordination with the Audit team.
This role directs the timely delivery of complex high quality, value added assurance and audit reports for a portfolio of business activities, which meet the requirements of the Boards of Citigroup and Citibank, their affiliates and of Citi’s respective regulators, globally. This role will contribute to the scoping and execution of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Consent Order Validation coverage in accordance with established Internal Audit (IA) methodology and professional auditing standards, legal entity governance reporting, and other issue validation audits.
The successful candidate will have a strong Internal Audit background AND quantitative knowledge to include programming skills: SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other data science and analytics. The candidate should also have functional knowledge of local regulatory compliance and AML programs that have been established to comply with the U.S. and in-country regulatory requirements, transaction monitoring systems, Citi policies and procedures, provisions and guidelines established by the US Treasury Department and other regulatory agencies as related to prohibited activities, money laundering and financing of terrorism, and all applicable regulations governing local banking activities and operations. The candidate must have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and the related risks and controls and demonstrate the ability to work with senior management and lead audit team execution.

The Data Integration Group Manager is responsible for enabling the end-to-end execution and/or adoption of the Data Transformation plan in compliance with Citi’s Data Governance Policy. Focuses on work efforts to demonstrate risk reduction and facilitate adherence to the Citi Data Governance Policy.
