Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality management processes and operations in our data center manufacturing facility. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, products, and services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures, including inspection protocols, testing methodologies, and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ certifications) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or data center environment.

Import Functions (in Vietnam) : The Regulatory Compliance Manager responsible for working with our broker(s) on import declaration filing : check, prepare and provide required information if applicable e.g. HS code, VN cargo description, matching with Vietnam HS code, Completion of Master list, Price; Product origin, List of machinery specification and accessories. Export Functions (Asia Pacific) : The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for resolving potential DPL matches and work with stakeholders that these are not exact matches. This position also reviews compliance holds relative to strategic or controlled goods and based on the nature of end-customers, determines whether a license or government authorization is required to make the sale or the export.
