Owns completion of high-level activities directly for a member of Intel's executive team. Provides counsel to executives in assisting and/or driving business decision making process. Sets agenda for leadership team and drives accountability for OKRs and team deliverables. Works directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps, also working with other senior executives across Intel and their Technical Assistants/Chiefs of Staffs as required. Coordinates group activities and cross-functional initiatives, leading or contributing to strategic projects. Provides department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization. May provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives to ensure the work is aligned with company strategy and progress is regularly measured and reported.
Assists the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules. Works with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals. Distills large volumes of business information into the clear insights for communicating to executives and/or employees. Works independently in a highly dynamic environment to manage diverse assignments with a solution driven approach. Works directly for member of Intel's executive team to create or support the development of speeches and presentations meant for internal or external consumption. Prepares material for strategic or operational reviews and ensures that the Executive is adequately prepared for a broad range of meetings.
