Recruitment & Research Consultant – Cyber Security & Life Science sector
A boutique start-up business is seeking for an organised individual to assist with consulting and research duties to play a role in the development and growth of the recruitment business.
We are seeking for a personable individual with a natural ability to communicate professionally. You will have the opportunity to be involved in market research and identifying areas where business can be developed.
The Opportunity
You will be working closely with the Lead Consultant in establishing good business prospects and maintaining relationships.
There will room for self-development where through your research role you will gain exposure in various areas of business including market research, targeted marketing, business development, client & candidate management, and business operations.
What we look for:
- Must have achieved the CEI basic (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
- You have familiarity in the recruitment industry.
- Assist in targeted recruitment campaigns through various media and electronic means.
- Organise, manage, and correspond on replies and requests from clientele from campaigns.
- Assist with job board management and business media platforms.
- Familiar with client relationship platforms and database management.
- Working with the Lead Consultant on market research and client acquisition.
- Supporting the Lead Consultant on candidate and talent attraction.
- Joining on business and client related meetings with the Lead Consultant on relationship management and client prospecting
- Taking part in shared responsibilities of responding to general enquiries via phone, email, or internet/electronic means.
- Communicate effectively when speaking to professionals within the Life Science and Cyber Security industry.
