Responsibilities
· Create contract/non-contract non-stock PO and new products in SAP (Lubricants and A&P)
· Process goods receipt for non-stock PO in SAP and process for payment approval on invoices
· Prepare monthly product average costing report.
· Prepare Sales Performance report and profitability to BU
· Prepare Fixed Assets Listing to BU, Prepare Flash Report & Maintain Lubricants Master Product List
· Formatting new forms for documentation, Prepare Distributor Certificate
· Covering Local & Export Sales Support. Contact point for third party contractors (e.g SpeedyCare)
· Process reimbursement claims from operators and e-commence billings including raising of debit/credit note
· Maintain product offers online
· Handles customers' online enquiry/feedback and follow up on shipment status
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· 'A' Level or Diploma is preferred
· SAP experience is added advantage
· At least 1 year working experience in admin / customer service support
· Mature individual who can handle customer services issues and liaise with various internal & external stakeholders.
· Good interpersonal relationship skills
· Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders
Salary range: $3,500 - $4,500
Location: Millenia Tower (Closest MRT: Promenade)
Working hours: 9am – 6pm, 5 working days
Duration of contract: 6-Months (Maternity Cover)
