Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in accounting and administration? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Accountant cum Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Payroll:Process and manage employee payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Taxation:Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Work closely with external tax consultants, if necessary.
- Claims:Administer and process employee expense claims.
Verify and reconcile expense reports for accuracy.
Communicate with employees to address any issues related to claims.
- Data Entry:Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Generate reports as needed for management and auditing purposes.
- General Administration:Provide administrative support to various departments.
Assist in coordinating office activities and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
Manage communication channels and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, and claims management.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
