RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be required to provide strong leadership and strategic planning to develop, implement and maintain the quality assurance processes that support the business mission and ongoing continuous improvement for the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with all members of staff to achieve the targeted improvement goals.

MPLOY are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a medium sized UK owned firm, to be their key Quality Head, based in South Somerset. Your employment history will need to demonstrate an engineering background, ideally with an electro/mechanical educational qualification. You’ll be an influencer, motivator, and be able to add value to the company’s CI projects and be able to own key quality related sections of the business.

You’ll also have a great appreciation of other sectors of the company, and how their departments interact with the Quality section in order to raise the bar across the wider business.
