About the Role:
Working as part of the Commercial team, assisting with the end to end buying process, maintaining and working with current Buying Processes and Procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will involve working as part of the commercial team, assisting with the end to end buying process, maintaining, and working with current Buying Processes and Procedures.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail and who is competent at using Microsoft office and IT systems. You should also have a willingness to expand your working knowledge of the house building industry and supply chain management.

Responsibility

• Work and liaise with the plant's engineers and technicians from maintenance parts and materials required base on the requirement.
• Responsible for sourcing activities from local and international suppliers.
• Prepare and dispatch RFQs to the appropriate suppliers, monitoring their responses.
• Execute a supplier evaluation and selection process to ensure alignment with the required technical and commercial specifications.
• Facilitate the expeditious delivery of orders and maintain communication with internal stakeholders for any order modifications.
• Address supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors and adhere with commercial, legal, and contractual obligations in all procurement transactions.
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process.
• Any Ad-hoc duty as given

Requirements

• Min Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc)
• Min 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Procurement (Technical)
• Hands-on experience in MS and Excel. SAP experience will be bonus.
