• Working with team members, you will design and/or build solutions within large transformations and you will perform reviews, assessments and build strategies for organisations looking to invest in IAM.
• Assisting the engagement manager with the planning and delivery phases of engagements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• A highly motivated individual in information security and excellent communicator with strong analytical and good problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 8-15 years of relevant experience working on IAM technologies: SailPoint, CyberArk, IBM, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, MSFT Entra.
• In depth knowledge in Security strategy, assessment, and design and implementation and governance frameworks over processes, controls, organisation and infrastructure.
• Proven technical knowledge in Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management and/or Consumer Identity and detailed implementation on Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts Provisioning, SSO, Federation and knowledge of Authentication, Authorisation, and Accounting implementation and governance.
• Excellent business analysis experience in requirements gathering, modeling use cases and experience in business development in supporting new business offerings.
• Any relevant industry related certification will be preferred (e.g. CISSP, AWS , AZURE , IAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt etc.).

Principal Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Take a key role in shaping the on-going direction/strategy patient safety in the Trust. Including the roll out of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). Responsible and accountable for the development and delivery of all agreed plans for the Trusts on-going quality strategy. To provide leadership and line management for the Head of Patient Safety, Senior Safety Lead for Women's and Childrens, Head of risk and other associated teams. As a member of the Quality Governance Committee and Patient Safety Committee, to ensure that these are provided with regular and comprehensive reports sufficient to enable them to fulfil their monitoring and assurance responsibilities on all aspects of compliance and patient safety. Responsible for leading the delivery of the Trust patient safety key initiatives/ metrics To lead the development of priorities for patient safety education and training raising awareness of patient safety and risk management across the Trust in line with the Trust Training Needs Analysis Lead on the annual programme of Trust-wide patient safety priorities and a programme and framework for its delivery including the development and monitoring of patient safety metrics and indicators Accountable for leading, planning and delivery of patient safety improvement work streams (including NHS Safety Strategy) across the organisation in partnership with clinical leads and external with other providers or organisations to improve safety. Promote a culture of innovation and support the development of QIPP schemes that increase quality and support the overall delivery of financial targets Principal Responsibilities: Management Take a key role in shaping the on-going direction/strategy for quality governance, compliance, clinical effectiveness and patient safety. Provide transformational leadership to the teams and directing their programmes of work ensuring the delivery of service and personal objectives, ensuring that: Comprehensive staff development, appraisal and competence Standards/systems are in place and utilised Relevant Trust policies and procedures are complied with Full compliance with mandatory and statutory training Ensure that the Care Groups receive appropriate support from the Patient Safety Team to enable them to manage patient safety To deputise for the Deputy Chief Nurse as required internally and externally. To project plan the Trusts patient safety agenda responding to any national or locally changes as necessary. To be responsible for establishing and developing, in line with CQC/ NHSE/ DoH directives, a system that tests the Trusts compliance against the CQC fundamental and updated standards of Quality & Safety. Provide clinical leadership for projects which require specific evidence to be gathered and validated by external regulators the outcome of which would have a significant impact on the trust e.g. accreditations, peer reviews, National audits findings, CQC announced and unannounced inspections. To provide expert guidance on the patient and risk requirements of external assessments/ compliance criteria to ensure the Trust is aware of and meets national requirements in line with legislation and external inspections. Principal Responsibilities: Policies To advise the Deputy Chief Nurse/ Chief Nursing Officer on safety policies. To lead the Trust on how these should be interpreted and communicated. Interpret and assess, on behalf of the Trust, relevant national policy and guidance and provide guidance and support to Directorates / clinical leads regarding implementation and ensure effective systems for evaluation are developed. The post holder will lead on the development and implementation of corporate polices specific to clinical governance, risk and patient safety. Lead on ensuring the implementation of national policy directives/national evidence based practice in relation to the quality agenda, providing specialist advice and support to Care Groups, clinicians and departments as appropriate. Principal Responsibilities: External Liaison & Relationships Lead the development and maintenance of strong and effective relationships between the Trust and regulators, commissioners and other statutory agencies in relation to safety and compliance To establish and develop effective working relationships with external bodies e.g. ICB Formally represent the Trust in relation to safety at commissioner meetings and coordinate the Trust activity and reporting at those meetings Act as an official representative and ambassador for the Trust and Quality Governance Team Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences including at local, regional and national meetings and conferences Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers across the health economy and wider, to learn and share best practice; Take a lead role in engaging service users and carers in the development and implementation of quality governance within the Trust Principal Responsibilities: Incidents & Serious Incidents To ensure there is clinical governance support and scrutiny on incident reporting, formal reviews, as outlined in the PSIRF learning methodologies and make certain the investigations including learning outcomes are in line with the Trusts agreed policies and procedures. To monitor the patient safety reviews in line with required timescale and ensure patient safety reports meet the national requirements. To monitor the development, implementation and delivery of learning and safety actions as a result of investigations. Ensure these are in line with required timescale and of the quality to deliver improvements and mitigate risk. Provide expert advice and guidance on the Trusts incident reporting and PSIRF investigation processes. To provide advice and guidance upon request on the analysis, interpretation and translation of highly complex clinical and incident information. To have overall responsibility for safety databases and ensure that accurate and timely information is available and communicated to support Care Groups quality governance processes and provide overarching compliance evidence for any internal / external assessment. To liaise with Executive Directors and Care Group Directors in the organisation and commissioning to ensure internal investigations into patient safety incidents are dealt with appropriately. Principal Responsibilities: Analytical and Judgement Skills Critically evaluate and analyse data, information and reports Collate and analyse data from a range of sources including incident data, complaint data, risk management data, quality data, performance data and patient record and care data to produce comprehensive reports and analysis Conduct complex and detailed analysis of data, trends and patterns including producing thematic analysis; Lead the development, analysis and publication of formal quality governance reports including presenting at relevant meetings This job description is not exhaustive and will be subject to periodic review in association with the post holder.
