Job Purpose / Overview

Responsible for overall day to day sales administration and coordination duties. Working closely with the sales team to provide administrative support to the teams.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

• To perform thorough Site Visit by understanding the Tender Requirements, as well as attending
• Tender Briefing and Q&A with the customer during tender briefing or site visit
• To compile accurate and necessary Engineering Bill of Quantity and Costing as well as the comprehensive User Requirement details
• To oversee and maintain the project timeline to deliver on time without increasing the cost for both company and client. This also includes managing the labour cost and their work efficiency.
• To have continuous and maintain proper communication with customer/PIC in all aspects of the project as well as to company stakeholders i.e., PM / GM (General Manager)
• To prepare a Daily Site Diary that is acknowledged by client. And when necessary, provide the site memo and change request documents for customer acknowledgement before proceeding with any changes to initial work scope.
• Change Request should also be documented and highlighted to the
  PM immediately.
• Provide necessary reports in writing and pictures on a daily/timely basis. This includes using the smart sheet for timeline/progress update while an immediate approach must be applied for any issue register and directly reporting to Project Manager.
• All BQ equipment must be updated daily with valuable information and remarks precisely noted, i.e. Status and exact Location of Installation, Serial Numbers and Products Code/Name noted, Items not Installed and Additional Add-on covered under project cost as well as Change Request.
• To ensure the quality of our installation and T&C is carried out in compliance with the required standard and customer expectations.
• To identify technical issues and ensure all of them are properly addressed.
• To review the engineering tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.
• To ensure the work safety compliance at all Site/Premises is carried out. This also applies to the Rules & Regulations set by the Client/Building/Project Owner.
• All settings & Configuration of the equipment and system must be documented in an orderly manner and shared with all stakeholders from time to time.
• To compile all documents in an orderly manner to PMO Office.
• When any mishap or issues arise, immediate attention and assistance must be sought.

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer. In this role, you'll play a key part of our Supplier Quality Failure Analysis team, aiming to take FA capabilities to new heights. The role strives to conduct comprehensive physical failure analyses, from defect localization to uncovering the root cause responsible for customer return units, yield losses and reliability failures. This is an onsite position based in Santa Clara, California.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing electrical analysis and fault localization to assist Supplier FA teams in evaluations or experiments for physical root cause analysis, design optimization and process improvement for new product yield and reliability

• Conducting non-destructive imaging such as 3D Xray, Ultrasound, EOTPR, Thermal imaging to identify physical defects on die, board and system level and aid physical target preparation

• Using Physical Sample preparation such as mechanical cross-sectioning, parallel de-layering, chemical and plasma etch de-processing of IC devices at die, package, component, and board levels

• Summarize the Failure Analysis findings in a comprehensive report and discuss it with internal and external customers and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on OSS Assurance Tools focusing on configuration, deployment, and day-to-day operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams (NOC, Network Operations, Service Delivery etc) to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations for the deployed systems / tools.
• Configure and customize the tools to meet needs of business, operation users.
• Work with internal team and vendors to integrate new features and enhancements into deployed tools, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
• Conduct thorough testing of the configurations and deployments to identify and resolve any issues or performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyse the performance and effectiveness of the deployed tools, making recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Work with ITSM & NOC teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to the deployed OSS tools, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain the system, including managing software updates and patches.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in OSS trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Telecom OSS domain mainly in Service Assurance
• Proven experience working with telecom service assurance tools, specifically in configuration, deployment, and day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with industry-standard fault management systems, such as IBM Tivoli Netcool, HP OpenView, Nokia NAC/AOR, CA Spectrum, or equivalent will be a plus.
• Strong technical skills in areas such as scripting, database management, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with Apache Nifi will be an advantage.
• Experience with OSS integration, including data mapping, data transformation, and API integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, utilizing protocols like TCP/IP, ICMP, JMS, Kafka, syslog, or SNMP to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Solid understanding of telecommunications and network operations, including network monitoring, fault management, and performance management.
