· 在 SLA 的服務標準範圍內處理從客戶(現有的和新的)收到的信貸建議和臨時請求;即確保遵守銀行的風險參數和指導方針,並了解 GCRM 和風險管理所強調的共同缺點,以維持高信用標準。
· 監控所有 WL、SMA 並維持新減損貸款處於較低水準;即隨時了解市場動態及預警訊號,採取預防措施,避免SMA 受損。
· 向新舊客戶行銷和銷售銀行的貸款產品。這也包括其他銀行產品和服務的交叉銷售。
· 與現有客戶建立更緊密的關係,以提高業務/錢包的利用率和份額
