Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate with various teams, including Offshore Crew, Engineering, Procurement, Logistic and Supply Chain, to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Ensure compliance with all safety regulatory requirements
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
Communicate and update project status to stakeholders which include Senior Management and Clients
Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Ensure that all company tools and equipment are kept in good operational condition.
Oversee performance of necessary maintenance for PTP Yard and offshore equipment.
Manage routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
Establish and implement a preventive maintenance schedule including management of routine calibration of equipment as necessary.
Manage documentation of daily/ weekly / monthly maintenance checklist.
Ensure the safety rules are maintained according to the regulations
Perform any other duties or undertake additional roles from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.
Coordinate local contractors in terms of quotations and activities as required to support service activities.
Help train offshore crew in equipment operation if required and support trial activities as required.
Update asset database with equipment updates and movements.
Support offshore team in the delivery of projects if required.
Manage equipment storage and designated workshop area.
