IT SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
LOCATION - HULL (ON-SITE)
SALARY - UP TO £32,000 + UP TO 20% BONUS
Your new role
As the IT Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high level and remote support to all users. Working with two 1st/2nd line support team members, the successful candidate will deal with more technical support queries and will have core responsibilities for site setups and support, equipment and asset management, and internal training and documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
The client is open to considering applications from either current Team Leaders / IT Support Managers or ambitious candidates who want to take the next step up in their career.

• Previous experience in the following areas is what is required to be shortlisted:
• Current experience in a minimum of a 2nd Line Level IT role
• Experience of PC Setups, installations & system updates
• Customer support experience, including face to face and remote troubleshooting, advice, and guidance for Users
• Equipment repairs and bespoke PC builds
• Technology asset management control, including, equipment ordering, tagging, stock control, allocation, record keeping and warranty replacements

What you'll get in return
£28,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience, plus annual bonus of up to 20% of salary alongside a flexible reward and benefits offer.
Please Note - This is an ON SITE role and a Full UK Valid Driving Licence is required.

You will be working with one of the UK's leading construction and engineering consultancy firm, with offices up and down the UK. You will be supporting on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, supporting value add procurement initiatives.

Your new role
You will be working within the Projects & Infrastructure team - advising on a variety of large-scale construction initiatives. You will be responsible for leading full e2e procurement processes across a variety of projects, with rotations between clients as necessary. You will work closely with engineering, project management, finance and supply chain teams. You will frequently engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, across both public and private sector clients.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working within public sector - preferably working as a consultant. If you have security Clearance, this would be highly beneficial for this role, but would not be a pre-requisite. Experience working within either the Construction or IT category will be necessary for this post, as you will be responsible for advising within one area - there are multiple vacancies within this organisation. You will have to be a self-starter with the ability to effectively work in large teams and engage stakeholders across all levels.

You will be working with one of the UK's leading construction and engineering consultancy firm, with offices up and down the UK. You will be supporting on some of the largest Infrastructure or IT Procurement transformation projects being undertaken in the UK at the moment.

Your new role
You will be working within the Special Projects advisory team - supporting on a variety of large-scale procurement transformation projects, this role is supporting a key client on a large scale construction project. You will be coming in to support a high-profile client on a large-scale construction and infrastructure project over the next year. You will frequently engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, with frequent visit to client site, which is eligible to be expensed. You will be able to work in a hybrid pattern with Mondays and Fridays from home. You will be responsible for new construction agreements, drafting procurement strategies and plans and supplier risk identification and monitoring, among other responsibilities.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive experience working with large scale construction/infrastructure procurement projects. If you have previously worked within a consultancy environment, this would be highly advantageous. Experience working within the aviation sector would be incredibly beneficial, however is not a prerequisite. You will have to be a self-starter with the ability to effectively work in large teams and engage stakeholders across all levels. Ability to travel to client site in Crawley is necessary, you will be on site Tuesday to Thursday for the duration of the initial contract. After this 12 month period, you will be able to choose a new client to work with in London and surrounding areas.
