Perfil

Escolaridad: Ingeniería/Licenciatura Industrial, Logística o afín.

El supervisor de mantenimiento moldeo , es repsonsable de coordinar y atender las fallas correctivas en el dia a dia , dar solucion , recabar informacion y documentar , para posterior realizar planes de acciones.
Supervisar el proceso de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo del area de moldeo, atraves de los sistemas implementados en planta.
Soportar a HSE, Calidad, Ingenieria y Clientes internos. En todo lo relacionado a el area de Moldeo, desde la perspectiva de mantenimiento.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

1.- Generar planes de mantenimeinto basados en los datos de MP , OT correctivo.
2.- Reportar metricos diarios a la gerencia. Con Planes de accion.
3.- Documentar en sistema de mantenimiento toda la informacion que alimenta el sistema y da el out put de KPI´s.
4.- Adminsitracion de personal , faltas , bajas reemplazos.
5.- Requerir y proponer a gerencia de mantenimiento los planes de mejora o solucion de problemas.

REQUISITIOS:

5+ Años de experiencia en posiciones similares, enfocado a inyeccion de platicos .

Carrera: Ingeneria industrial, Mecanica, Electrica o afin.

Experiencia en supervision y manejo de personal

Experiencia en sistemaTRESS, ( reporteo de asistencia y Tiempo extra)

Experiencia en planeación de mantenimientos preventivos , correctivos,

Manejo de SAP para realizar requisciones de compra.

Ingles nivel intermedio.

Cumplir con los registros de OT , MP y pendientes sistematicos del area de mantenimiento Moldeo.

Expereicnai en manejo e implementacion de metricos de seguridad de la organización

• Ensure that all process is being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts.
• Pay employees accurately and on time by overseeing the transfer of information to the payroll provider and ensuring completion of payments.
• Develops procedures and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain accuracy of all payroll information by applying for necessary controls and approvals.
• Analyze attendance data.
• Perform payroll calculations for overtime and differentials associated with multiple shifts.
• Manage leave paid time off and deductions.
• Understand and verify tax calculations.
• Understand and administer garnishment processing.
• Document issues, resolutions and timing for all employee inquiries.
• Communicate status/progress/future action items or recommendations to immediate Manager.
• Working with the finance business partner of payroll to deliver accurate business intelligence and reports.
• Leads payroll activity, ensuring timelines and accuracy of payroll payments, tax experience and business reporting.
• Process payroll activities in accordance with company guidelines, social security, legislations and local taxes requirements.
• Actively reviews, analyzes and leads the key controls to ensure compliance with legal and JSOX, internal and external audits.
• Makes sure the payroll is processed and paid timely and accurately according to stablished payment dates.
• Assure the compliance related to electronic stamping (CFDI´S)
• Managing, recommending and implementing improvements to current processes to ensure ongoing compliance with company policies/procedures and local taxes regulations.
• Managing relationship with external payroll vendors and stakeholders in general.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related.
• Must have +5-7 years of experience in Payroll, Accounting or related role.
• Technical payroll, taxes, accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience.
• Have worked in a fast paced, high transaction volume corporate environment.
• Experience with People Soft, Workday, Excel and SAP.
• Excellent system and analytical skills
• Strong working knowledge of proactive and auto-corrective monitoring practices
• Strong client support, resulting in a positive employee experience.
• Basic knowledge of general ledger to support accounting inquiries and resolve reconciling items related to payroll.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, often competing.
