Working Pattern: 5 over 7 Days (including weekend work) on a dayshift basis.
Joining them as they enter an exciting period of growth, the successful candidates will act as a key point of contact between key customer stakeholders, arranging emergency repairs and routine service appointments within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Duties will include:
• Handling a variety of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all are logged correctly and accurately using the internal systems
• Liaising with internal and external contacts such as customers, technicians, and contractors to ensure all repairs are completed within agreed timescales
• Overseeing calls from 'end-to-end' from initial call to final resolution
• Processing all required administration such as job quotations, email communication and follow ups
• General administration and customer service duties as required
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience working within a customer service environment - experience within Call Centre or Supermarket Retail is preferred but not essential
• Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
• Be confident working with MS Office packages and be able to pick up new systems and processes with ease
• Be able to work as part of a wider team but with the ability to take responsibility for your own workload
