Role:
Full spectrum of HR Function
Application, renewal, cancellation of work passes, processing MYE/NTS
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management/ employees.
Review salary structure bench marking to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
Provide HR advice and support to business and employees on a wide range of operational HR issues.
Requirements:
Strong sense of commitment & urgency to meet tight deadlines
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
Preferably in Construction / Manufacturing BG
