Job Summary: The Executive Director, Finance guides and develops strategic initiatives to sustain and refine the financial systems and processes of Saint Francis Health System (SFHS). Role Responsibilities
· Lead Employee Banking by partnering with CCIB, Business Banking (incl. ME) to originate global, regional and multi-market Employee Banking deals
· Lead Employee Banking by working closely with region and country team to originate sales volume for Employee Banking deals

Credit Structuring develops and markets trade ideas and executing trades for real money and institutional accounts across AeJ.
The role requires cooperating closely with sales, trading and other structuring teams globally on developing financing, derivative solutions and asset side credit transactions.
