We’re looking for Administrators to join our team at Wincanton. This role will be working in the new warehouse offices for our new contract with British Salt in Middlewich.
However, there may be a requirement to work at either of our 2 sites based in Middlewich.

Day to Day
Operate customer and internal IT systems
Provide all operational and general administration support
Liaise with internal and external customers as required
First point of contact to all site visitors
Support and provide training to new and existing colleagues
Communicate with drivers and warehouse colleagues on a daily basis, developing an effective working relationship
Ensure conduct and behaviour to be compliant with H&S legislation and guidelines

Undertake additional duties as and when required

What will you bring?
General administration experience
Ability to provide and understand the need for a high customer service
Proactive, flexible, can-do attitude to resolve issues and challenges
Able to demonstrate attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working
PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office suite
Demonstrate strong communication skills at all levels
Flexibility regarding shift patterns
Ability to suggest methods of improvement to be actively involved in continuous improvement implementation
Attention to detail to assume quality checking and quality control
Compliant with manual handling procedures
