Job Descriptions

• Responsible for receiving, delivery, storing, packing and/or unpacking of goods in right quantity and good condition
• Manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure the effective management of transportation of materials to site
• Space planning for incoming material and transit materials
• Work with delivery driver and/or assistant on all daily deliveries to assigned destinations
• Scheduling and coordination of company workers’ transportation matters
• Supervise and arrangement for manpower in order to maintain the day-to-day warehouse operations
• Supervise general housekeeping of the warehouse and driveways
• Perform daily documentation of the store for records and traceability
• Coordinate on quarterly stock take to ensure the correctness and condition of goods
• Scheduling for company vehicle for repair, maintain, inspection, etc.
• Oversees the warehouse/logistic assistant, supervise and assist on their daily warehouse activities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
• At least 5 years of working experience in operation of store management
• Specialised in inventory control/ material & warehouse management
• Possess Forklift license
• Proficient language(s): English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Able to work O/T

Warehouse Administrator

We are hiring! Seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Singapore team.

You will be working in the warehouse office supporting the Administrator Team Leader in all incoming shipments within the warehouse.

What are the roles and responsibility?

• Updating daily transactions and run reports as and when required
• Perform data entry work
• Sorting and filing of documents
• Assist in any adhoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• No industry-related experience is welcome to apply
• Meticulous and independent
• OT entitlement
• 5.5 days (alternate Saturday) 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) & 9am to 1pm (Sat)
• Shuttle bus pickup at Boon Lay MRT

• Strong and fit to handle cargoes independently

Responibilities:

• Provide administrative and service desk support for projects by Planning and Coordination group;

• Generate a weekly dashboard report to update management on weekly statistics, and analyse the causes;

• Coordinate with an internal incident response team to categorise and analyse blocked emails due to attachment issues;

• Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies’ queries, and analyse the returns submitted by agencies;

• Manage “helpdesk” mailboxes on agency queries, routing of queries to subject matter teams to address the queries;

• Perform the admin functions for our organisation’s Share Point and folder maintenance;

• Other admin and support activities required from time to time.

• Min Diploma in any relevant field

• No Experience required

• Possess positive personality with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all backgrounds and personalities

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing:

1. Work closely with the procurement team to manage purchasing activities.
2. Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate to obtain best prices and terms.
3. Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.
4. Collaborate with department leads to forecast future product needs and plan procurement activities accordingly.

Inventory Management:

1. Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
2. Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
3. Liaise with sales and production teams to align inventory levels with projected sales and production needs.
4. Monitor stock levels on ERP and initiate restock processes as required.

Sales Order Management:

1. Coordinate with the sales team to provide updates on product availability and order status.
2. Resolve any arising discrepancies related to sales orders in collaboration with the finance and sales departments.
3. Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in inventory management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
• Under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines for all import and export shipping activities.
• Provide routing information and issuing shipping instruction, both verbal and written communication for local transporters and all forwarders.
• Generating, packing list/ delivery orders/invoices for all road/land and sea freights.
• Perform timely data inputs, updates of MySAP and WMS systems.
• Monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time.
• Provide timely support and back-up in cross-team operations.

Requirements:
