Flex has been Hong Kong’s home of intelligent fitness since opening in 2005 and is Singapore only Classical Pilates Studio. Our philosophy is simple: professional trainers, a wide variety of classes, spacious studios and evolving concepts rooted in classical tradition. Our classes are highly effective to ensure clients achieve maximum results whether through private, trio or group sessions.
We are Singapore's Largest Classical Pilates Training Organization and we are looking for a talented member to join our growing team.
Job Description:
- Must be multi-talented, trained in Classical Pilates with a strong business acumen;
- Min. 12 Classical Pilates training hours per week, delivering private and small group sessions to clients;
- Oversee the Company's digital marketing strategy and campaign;
- Responsible for social media planning and posts, video production, and KOL campaigns to support regional brand-building;
- Coordinate the Real Pilates Classical Teacher Training program in Singapore;
- Recruit and onboard trainees with bi-annual intake cycles.
Requirements:
- Must have a Master's degree related to business and marketing, preferably MBA;
- Has at least 4 years of classical pilates training;
- Has received training in both classical and contemporary pilates training with basic knowledge of anatomy;
- Has at least 6 years of experience in marketing (online and offline), branding, and entrepreneurship;
- Has at least 2 years in sales, managerial position, preferably in a corporate or multinational company;
- Has at least 6 years in managing social media content, video production, and influencer campaigns.
