Spa Manager - London Hoxton - New Hotel Opening!
We are recruiting a Spa Manager for one of the coolest new hotels coming to Hoxton! London's effortlessly cool cultural core. The 26-floor art'otel London Hoxton (expected in early 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, art gallery, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, indoor pool, spa, gym, event spaces and numerous destination restaurants and bars, the hotel is set to become THE most talked about hotel in town.

Oversee the operations of our luxurious hotel spa. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally and personally, shaping the Spa offering within a high-profile hotel opening.
· Shape and open the Spa offering at the art'otel London Hoxton. Your creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a pivotal role in creating the spa experience for our guests.
· Manage the spa team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
· Have motivation, energy and attention to detail at the forefront of everything you do.
· Have an organised, impeccably clean and well-presented environment from your team.
· Work with our brand partner to ensure our spa offering is coherent and creative.
· Be business minded, understand your P&L, maximise revenue opportunities, control costs to optimise overall profitability and implement quality controls.
· A capacity for hard work, natural ability to get on with people, a passion for high quality spa experience and a sense of humour are a must.
· Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, address guest concerns or complaints promptly. Continuously seek ways to enhance the spa experience for our guests and implement improvements accordingly.
· Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa. Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Monitor/optimise and control expenses, budgets, and revenue generation.
· Collaborate with therapists and our spa brand partner to curate a diverse range of spa treatments and programs to meet guest needs and preferences, updating where necessary.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.
As our Spa Manager, you will receive:

What we'll need from you:
· Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a high-end or luxury hotel spa or standalone independent spa.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· In-depth knowledge of spa operations, including spa therapies, products, and equipment.
· Proficient in managing departmental P&L
