Sespro Malaysia is hiring a full-time Sales Assistant Manager/Manager role for the
interior construction field of work located in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Assistant
Manager/Manager will excel at networking and closing new opportunities. By using a
consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and
qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage negotiations with QS and Procurement
• Build and establish long term relationships with customer
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Able to present in front of a crowd and a friendly demeanour
• Basic knowledge in Excel
• AutoCAD knowledge is an added value
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

1. Min 3 years and above in the Interior Construction industry; with glazing
   partition knowledge is an added value
2. SPM or tertiary level of education
3. Proficient in English, Mandarin/Cantonese speaking and writing
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Transform traditional business platform to digital business platform. 
• To initiate new ideas for improvements in business processes as well as operational system for efficiency and effectiveness in the entire process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required.
• Min 5 years of experience in Digital Planning or equivalent.

Finance Systems Manager (D365 F&O)
City of London
£75,000 per annum
We're looking for a Finance Systems Manager that has experience with Dynamics 365 to join a reputable organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success!
This will be a varied, autonomous role where you will take full ownership & responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Dynamics platform. You'll get to work on this F&O solution, driving optimisation and continuous improvements for this business critical platform.
You'd be a central figure in the finance optimisation projects, reviewing and improving finance processes that are underpinned by the Dynamics365 platform.
There is also a large pipeline of projects around continuous improvement and optimisation that you'd be leading.
Skills & Experience :
* Demonstrable background managing and supporting a Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
* Ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or a very strong understanding of financial / accounting principles and processes. Able to test & adapt D365 processes to better suit the organisations needs and strategy
* Aware and ensuring compliance and standards are adhered to
* Experience being accountable and a leading figure for a D365 platform, owning the full end to end of resolutions for issues
* Able to act as an SME focusing on continuous improvements and automation wherever possible
