• Operational

• Guest Service

1. Establish rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship and handle all guest complaints.
2. Personally and frequently verify that guests check-in/out are receiving the best possible service. Ensure that all V.I.P / Long Stay are met during their stay together.
3. Schedules self to be in the operation during peak hours.
4. Maintains an up to date awareness of current promotions, policy changes and standard operations manuals.
5. Ensure thorough product knowledge of all outlets and departments by all Front Office team.

• Administration

Job Responsibilities

- Able to cook, possess knife skills and understand how to handle raw meat

- Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant

- Ensure the restaurant meets and maintains health & safety regulations, sanitation, handling & cleaning procedure, and food safety.

- Ensuring consistent maintenance and preventive maintenance of all equipment in the outlet.

- Train, supervise, discipline, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in performance and ensuring compliance.

- Provide excellent customer experience.

- Able to contribute ideas and creativity to improve restaurant sales

- Able to minimise wastage in the kitchen operation

Requirements

- Min 1 year of relevant experience

- Possess a food hygiene certificate

- Flexible working hour, including public holiday and weekends

- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English

- Strong leadership with good people skills

- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Able to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
