Learning and Engagement Manager (6-month contract)
Key Job Responsibilities
A. Talent Management
1 Review and implement the Talent Management Framework, including talent identification, maintenance of the talent database.
2.Organise talent development programmes to develop the identified talents.
3.Manage succession planning exercise in consultation with the Senior Management team and other relevant stakeholders.
4.Develop leadership capabilities to build leadership bench strength.
B. Learning and Development
1 Drive impactful and engaging learning delivery to ensure a positive learning experience for all participating staff.
2 Assist to negotiate and liaise with external training providers on learning and networking programmes
3 Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes and propose improvements.
4 Formulate policies pertaining to organisational development and training such as workforce planning and competency
development
C. Employee Engagement
1. Implement initiatives and programmes to enhance employee relations and engagement
2. Manage staff communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of HR information
Job Requirements:
• Candidates must possess a Degree in relevant discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience preferably in similar capacity
• Familiar with market practices including current and emerging trends in Leadership and talent development and Learning & Development.
• Self-motivated, result oriented and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
• Excellent interpersonal, planning & organisational skills.
• Attention to details on the deliverables and being meticulous.
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• A mature, self-driven and empathetic individual who is able to multitask and an effective team player.
