As a Program Executive you will:

Responsible to work with inter-departments to fulfil customer’s requirements and meet on time delivery, analyse total cost details and prepare quotation as well as to support NPI transition to mass production.

The key roles and responsibilities are as below:

• Lead weekly Ops meeting and work with inter-departments to fulfil customer's requirements.
• RFQ submission with correct and complete information.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional departments to execute cost review.
• Generate quotation for RMA and submit re-quote for ECN as and when required.
• Maintain frozen cost and contractual MOQ in SAP system.
• Work with Commodity and Engineering to achieve cost reduction target.
• Interact with customers on material allocation, excess and obsolescence, PPV and ICC claim.
• Raise ePR for material risk buy or last time buy or buy ahead based on customer's authorization.
• Verify Customer PO details are accurate against SAP and MSA.
• Ensure PO and Forecast are loaded accurately and timely into SAP.
• Maintain waterfall chart, sales projection and business reports.
• Provide ship commit and update delivery status to customer to ensure on time delivery.
• Support NPI Project to meet deliverable and timeline of the project schedule.
• Follow up on Account Receivables to meet AR days based on payment term in MSA.
• To meet KPI target.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, and/or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in program management capacity and/or fulfilment.
• Working experience in MNC and/or manufacturing environment would be preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication abilities.

Technical Accounting

- Lead on complex IFRS technical accounting research to assess the implication of proposed transactions.

Senior Accounts Executive

Salary range: $3300 to $4000
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 10am to 5pm – 6pm(flexible) 7.5 hours/day

Job Responsibilities：

• Work with the team to ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management
• Liaise with Japan HQ for accounts-related matters
• Assist Manager in financial analysis, reporting and consolidation
• Prepare monthly costing and accounting records for mobile games in-app sales (Google and Apple), including adjustment of deferred revenue from unutilized mobile game currency
• Prepare Mobile royalty/sales report for licensors
• Ensure calculations for Google and Apple sales report are up to date with the latest changes in tax and charges
• Review and discuss accounting treatment on new products / current procedures with Manager
• Keep track of accruals and prepayments
• Review local and overseas payments and records
• Prepare and compute S45 withholding tax
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Coordinate and liaise with auditor / tax agent / IRAS / any external parties whenever required
• Compute monthly average exchange rates for accounts and other departments’ use
• Constantly adapting to review and improve internal control and workflow

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel(able to do pivot table, Vlookup)
• Possess General Ledger (GL) skills, knows how to handle double journal entries etc.
• Hand-on experience with Oracle NetSuite system would be advantageous
