Objective / Purpose of the Job

To provide administrative & accounting support to facilitate the smooth running of the clinic environment and support the delivery of quality patient care.

Admin Duties

- Daily check of clinic payments against invoices

- Daily entry and scanning of invoices into the accounting system for timely and accurate payments to vendors.

·-Cross-check invoices across

·-Maintain filing records effectively, including monthly statements of accounts from vendors.

- Manage the clinic’s general stationery and pantry supplies.

Skills and Abilities

· Good written, communication, and customer service skills, especially a courteous yet firm speaking voice. Comfortable communicating with people of different nationalities.

· Has a proven track record of handling disputed charges and negotiating payments with vendors and/or patients.

· Confident, persistent, and can keep calm under pressure.

· A keen eye for details and proficiency in handling numbers with accuracy. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Xero accounting software will be an advantage.

· Mature and able to work independently.

· Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

· Collaborate well with others.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;
• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks;
• Continually strengthen the framework of legal entity management; Lead and support project where you get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the change;
• Improve overseas accounting operations and streamline the RTR process and build up the standardization process, optimize the accounting operation efficiency and accuracy;
• Design and implement operations inter-co charges between the Company and eco-system entities, standardize charge methodology and proper documentation in place, and accurate quarterly charges made;
• Monitoring internal control, developing plans for financial growth and supporting other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• 3 to 6 years of related accounts experiences preferred
• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
