We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong analytical skills, Power BI and ThoughtSpot expertise, and the ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment. In addition to individual analytical prowess, this role requires leadership capabilities to guide and lead a team of contract workers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with onshore teams, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery of BI solutions.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of contract workers in the field of business intelligence.

Problem Solving:

- Ensure the team maintains comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing and reference.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in BI tools, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics).
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Leadership experience, including managing and leading a team.
- Proficiency in Power BI and ThoughtSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work effectively with onshore teams and contribute to team goals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
