• Assist in processing manpower requirements to support effective organization structure aligned towards the business direction.
• Source candidates for Hiring Managers within a stipulated timeframe.
• Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, collection of documents etc.
• Assist in coordination at farm level in various Employer Branding activities such as university career talks, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools etc. 
• Coordinate pre-onboard, onboarding and blending-in programs for new employees to ensure an enriching orientation experience.

1. Prepare demand forecast to meet the sales requirements & plant capacity by reviewing weekly requirement.
2. Monitor potential risks and opportunities based on analysis of demand forecast trends by customers, products and segment level. Incorporate forecasted incremental sales due to Promotional or Marketing activities.
3. Collaborate with Sales Team to close up any anticipated gaps between demand forecast against actual sales orders. Monitor the progress of actual production against actual sales orders and feed back to sales team.
4. Work with Sales team to forecast customer needs, follow up on orders to ensure timely and complete delivery and prioritize customer orders fulfilment.

Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible to manage, implement and monitor the usage of the entire plant refrigeration system to ensure no disruption to the production and the system is operated optimally to minimize power consumption cost, while complying to prevailing standards been specified by local, regional and international regulators.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, manage and maintain overall plant refrigeration system by prioritizing the safety of operations and maintenance for all refrigeration systems that includes Primary Plant (PP), Further Processing (FPD), ASRS and Carton Freezers.
2. Ensure prompt repairs and provide solution soonest possible to reduce disruption to production downtime.
3. Ensure that modification, fabrication and troubleshooting are carried out for the refrigeration system.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures in the area of repair and maintenance to support the increase of production, and possible scenarios to respond to refrigeration issue when unplanned down time occurs.
5. Ensure that the Main Utility Building is operated according to federal, state and local regulations guidelines.
6. Ensure that daily records and close observation of compressor performance are maintained for optimum performance and prevent breakdown.
