Extensive experience coaching at various levels within large organisations including at an executive suite level (Financial Services experience desirable).
Possess coaching accreditations (e.g. IC-ENT Enterprise agile) along with certifications relating to agile and product principles such as Lean/SixSigma/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum.org
Influenced leadership at all levels through clear communication to drive the consistent uplift of agile culture, mindset and maturity of the coaching capability across the Group.
Ability to lead and prioritise workload in a highly dynamic environment with frequently changing and often competing priorities.
Uplifted teams’ continuous improvement in performance through establishing, embedding and measuring metrics as well as providing insights for coaching and squad maturity.
Experience in assisting teams to accurately identify and resolves risks, issues that impact on the effectiveness, quality, and flow/velocity of customer outcomes.
Experience and expertise with Agile principles/frameworks and Product management and development and growth strategy.
Understanding of Organisational Design, Human-Centred Design and growth strategy.
Expertise in coaching teams. Create consistent uptake of agile practices across all levels of the Group
Deep understanding and extensive experience with JIRA and other software in line with agile methodologies.

This will require the creation of a Career Coach position that will report to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for AAWDC. The Career Coach will physically work out of the MOED Eastside Career Center in Baltimore City with general supervision provided by the MOED Program Manager.
This is a professional position under general supervision responsible for assisting long term unemployed job seekers who live on the east side of Baltimore City and Baltimore County with career development and job search activities, linking them to training and employment opportunities, and ensuring they are effectively connected to supportive services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, intake and eligibility determination, assessments, orientation and training, and the development of individual career development and growth plans to fit client skills and goals. The Career Coach is responsible for meeting performance goals and standards as prescribed by the MTC.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic coach to join the School of Live team based in Beverly Hills, CA. This role supports Live Nation’s School of Live programs by acting as both a professional and career coach to employees and School of Live program participants (both internal and external).
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Social Work or related
4+ years of work experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
2+ years of experience as a coach with demonstrated experience coaching and goal setting
ICF certified coach or related training/certification

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of product manager or product designer experience.
• Significant experience in a product leadership role with strong coaching and people development ability
• Practical experience in product discovery techniques, data-informed product management, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Scrum.org Product Owner certification (PSPO II) or Professional Scrum with UX (PSU)
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of agile concepts and approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, OKR, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.
• Being strategic and highly practical. Able to adapt the methods to the organisational reality for best outcomes.
• Possess experience in coaching teams in agile adoption, enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits.
• Ability to weave in and out of Facilitating, Coaching, Teaching, Mentoring and Advising stances.
• Exceptional influencing skills to achieve organisational cooperation, buy-in, and engagement from senior management, BUs and internal stakeholders.
