Logistic Admin and Purchaser
1- Maintain, manage and assist ensuring stock inventory accuracy and management of stock
2- Proper stock handling and picking accuracy/Repackaging
3- Support in all aspect of warehouse operations and logistics activities
4- Prepare and ensure timely execution of orders from supplier
5- Order local stock and stock count/Tidy shelving and freeze
6- Make sure delivery correctly to outlet daily
7- Print daily sales to outlet ( Monthly )/Send Punch card/leave form when require
8- Prepare and update order sheet on Google drive
9- Delivery schedule for new shop and public holiday
10- Make sure standby Kitchen equipment for replacement
11- Ordering from China
12- Order, receive and check on goods, ingredients and supplies.
13- Checking all the Petty Cash receipts from Google drive
14- Arrange COD/Invoice payment (corporate with account)
15- Equipment maintenance
16- Must check group chat in the morning before packing, to make sure prepare properly to outlets
17- Generate inventory and storage movement reports upon request from management.
18- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
