Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing construction building materials
- To plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
- To coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with project site staff and supplier on time delivery.
- To source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparuson during tender stage and construction stage.
- To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in complaince with the purchasing policies and procedures.
- To perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring.
- To ensure all the materials in right source, quality, quantity, comply with project specs.
- To prepare supplier payment cert with matched purchase order and delivery order.
- To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superios whenever necessary from time to time.
Requirements
- 3 years of working experience in the Purchasing/Procurement Construction Industry.
- Good in computer literate.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently.
- Possess good communications, negotiation skills and positive attitude for problem solving.
- Graduation at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
