• Assist in pre-contract documentations:
  • including taking-off of tender, follow up on tender, lead on cost study preparation, gather sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ quotations.
• Assist in post-contract documentations ：
  • including taking-off of project
  • calculate the quantities of the material before purchase
  • including compilation of sub-contractors quote, 
  • preparation of cost study for every trade involved in the contract
  • preparation of Letter of Award for sub-contractors
  • preparation of progress claim

• To plan, organize, purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
• To coordinate, monitor and follow up closely with project site staff and supplier on time delivery.
• To source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparuson during tender stage and construction stage.
