Today, the Group's primary business operations are focused on oil palm cultivation and timber operations. In FY2022, the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, DMG Commercial Sdn. Bhd., began operations in Kuching, Sarawak, offering 2S and 3S services for Mercedes-Benz trucks and FUSO commercial vehicles. In addition, with the near-completion of the Krah Pipe Manufacturing plant under the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Krah Grande Borneo Sdn. Bhd., the Group is targeting to produce its first batch of HDPE pipes for internal usage by first half of 2023.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. To do student recruitment for the University’s academic programmes, particularly TVET Programmes and MQA programmes in UNIRAZAK.
2. Listening and presenting appropriately to potential students for them to make the right decision in their future career undertakings.
3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing students/clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
4. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential students.
5. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
6. Acting as a contact between UNIRAZAK and its existing and potential markets.
7. Gathering market information.
8. Representing UNIRAZAK at education exhibitions and events.
OTHER DUTIES
To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or designated representative on behalf of UNIRAZAK.

· Provides research-based specialized instruction to address the instructional goals and objectives contained within each student’s EIP and AIP.
· Implement an instructional, therapeutic, or skill development program for assigned students and show written evidence of preparation as required.
· Assesses student progress and determines the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques.
· Employs various teaching techniques, methods and principles of learning to enable students to meet their EIP and AIP goals.
· Develops and implements annual Early Intervention Program (EIP) and Advance Intervention Program (AIP) plans for students to include: present levels of educational performance, special education needs, instructional goals and objectives, and the special education and related services required to meet those goals.
· Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning for all students.
· Establish and maintain open communication by conducting conferences with parents, students, therapist, and teachers.
· Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, students and parents.
· Ability to maintain discipline and to get along well and develop rapport with handicapped children.
· Schedules team meetings and works cooperatively with child study team members and others in developing instructional goals and strategies.
· Coordinates the delivery of special education services in each student's EIP and AIP.
· Provide crisis intervention, as needed, for students and those in inclusive classrooms.
