Recruit4Staff are proud to represent our client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Sub Agent to work on their long-term civil engineering & infrastructure project in the North Wales area
For the successful Sub Agent our client is offering:
• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience & skillset)
• Day shifts
• Permanent role
• Company car or car allowance
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Digs provided
• Pension with up to 8% contribution from our client
The Role - Sub Agent
• To lead the construction team within area of responsibility whilst ensuring the successful delivery of the project
• Responsible for all aspects of the works, including compliance with legal, company and project requirements
• Comply with Company procedures and legal obligations at all times, promoting best practice
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of subcontractors’ scopes of work. Maintain a detailed knowledge and records of site progress, including details of any potential variation
• Manage all works, including subcontractors, within area of responsibility to ensure compliance with all legal, company and project health, safety and environmental requirements
• Review, on at least a weekly basis, progress against programme and identify areas of variance
• Ensure all required documented outputs and records are correctly uploaded to Themis and other project document control systems.
What our client is looking for in a Sub Agent
• Civils infrastructure project experience - ESSENTIAL
• CSCS Management card - ESSENTIAL
• NEBOSH or IOSH
• Excellent communication, people and team management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve high standards of compliance
• Good knowledge of specifications, testing regimes, and CDM Regulations
Key skills or similar Job titles:
