ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Business Support Coordinator at ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company. You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Warehousing 

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.

Operations

Key Responsibilities

• As the leader of the KYC team, Manage KYC operations based on MAS regulated bank compliance policies and KYC regulatory requirements.
• Support the business to conduct customer check (KYC/CDD) analysis for new business or initiative.
• Lead the planning and establishment of KYC capabilities including CDD, PEP, Sanctions, Adverse news review and due diligence capabilities for financing business.

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

• Minimum a Degree qualification
• Minimum 10 years related experience in FMCG industry
• Strong experience in managing a general trade sales team, wholesalers, hands on in sales operations and key account customers
• Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category/Channel Development is an
  added advantage
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
