Job Responsibilities: -
Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports.
Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, and administrative supports
Responsible for order processing and co-ordination with customers, logistics operations and warehouse to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer satisfaction.
Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager.
Job Requirements: -
Experience in Sales and customers service background
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people.
A great sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Good follow through skills, ensuring assigned task are effectively executed on time.
Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and environment.
Preferably Junior Level specialized in Sales/Marketing/Coordinator or equivalent.
Proficient in English, Mandarin & Malay
