Sales Planning:

Territory Management:

• Preparate and execute effective Territory Action Plan (TAP) through data analysis, field intelligence under the guidance of the Sales Manager

• Ensure effective identification of high value customers
• Continuous maintenance of accurate target customer lists to optimize territory coverage through segmentation and targeting exercise

Tracking and Responding to Results:

We are looking to hire a Senior Life and Health Pricing Actuary to join our growing team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Pricing of ANZ and group business of APAC. In this role you will be responsible for the pricing of life reinsurance treaties for the markets in Australia and New Zealand, and the wider group business (short-term business) opportunities across APAC. In more detail your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to grow the Asia Pacific Life business - a high priority objective for PartnerRe;
• Leading the delivery of pricing across both Individual and Group products across different markets while ensuring compliance with internal standards, proper risk assessment and best practice;
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to confidently present to senior internal approvers including the Chief Pricing Actuary, local and regional CEOs;
• Working closely with Client Partners to enhance PartnerRe’s presence in market and grow the markets;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients across the market, including presentation of experience analysis and reinsurance terms to key decision makers;
• Maintaining and developing pricing tools and models and updating terms of trade (e.g. benchmarks);
• Promoting PartnerRe’s expertise through targeted marketing efforts, supporting client visits and externally representing and promoting PartnerRe's capabilities

What you will do:

• Applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues
• Assists in identifying process gaps and issues
• Plans and designs simple to complex business processes and system modifications. Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities.
• Gathers business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews. Analyzes and documents client simple to complex business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to appropriate parties.
• Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitors/oversees the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
• Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs.
• Develops business requirements documents/user stories to support the required modifications.
• Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.

What we need:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a BA role
• A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry or Insurtech is a must.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Writing and Other languages (Chinese) is a plus

Major Duties

As a Senior Contract Specialist, your major duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing authoritative advice and serving as a warranted Contracting Officer supporting your assigned HRSA programs.
• Complements the actions of the Division Director in OAMP, to management and to develop methods and procedures used in reviewing contracts for conformity with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Maintains a current awareness of legal and regulatory issues, policies and procedural developments, precedent-setting award or appeal decisions, management principles and methods, and administrative technologies affecting large acquisitions/negotiated contract management.
• Reviewing acquisition documents justifying the methods of contracting, types of contracts, the preparation of applicable determinations and findings, justifications, and approvals, and responding to vendor inquires.
• Planning and assuring effective and timely administration of contracting services by closely monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing contractor and sub-contractor performance for adherence to contract requirements.
