Major Accountabilities:
Collaborate with the in-country stakeholders to understand the business problem and desired business outcome
Mine and analyze data leveraging advanced analytical/statistical techniques from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement of therapy area commercial business strategies
Develop strategies and recommendations on testing and monitoring analytical model performance in the business context

Provide actionable insights through analytics to commercial franchises brands at various stages of product life cycle (development, launch, maturity, end of life cycle)
Proficiency formulating business questions based upon client insight standards.
Ability to extract data from various database tables using tools such as SQL to develop features to be used in analysis including the ability to perform feature engineering.
Knowledge in developing both machine learning and descriptive algorithms/modeling using such languages as Python, R etc.

Job Description
The role is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols and sites in a country. Under the oversight of the CRA manager the person ensures compliance of study conduct with ICH/GCP and country regulations, our policies and procedures, quality standards and adverse event reporting requirements internally and externally. Acts as primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study, taking overall responsibility of allocated sites. Actively develops and expand the territory for clinical research, finding and developing new sites. Participates in internal meetings and workstreams as SME for monitoring processes and systems.
Our Clinical and Pharmacovigilance teams manage studies to provide the safety and efficacy data required for regulatory approval of potential new drugs, vaccines and new indications for existing products. We ensure we conduct high quality clinical trials by integrating state-of-the-art technology and applying rigorous scientific and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to teaching, student consultation, course preparation, review of course outlines, grade processing within deadlines, preparation of course syllabi, committee participation (e.g., College-wide Standing or Ad-Hoc committees and discipline area committees), and attending college-wide and discipline area faculty meetings. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development, the review and assessment of student learning outcomes, campus governance, faculty organizations, and departmental program review.
