Product/Business Analyst is a key role within the GSM/WS Value team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs and working closely with stakeholders to develop digital and technology solutions that drive business outcomes for Supplier Management, Travel Meeting & Employee Expense and Procurement product lines.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.
· Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs.
· Documents business process, business and user needs in the form of problem statements to make up the backlog. Facilitates the “how” with the Engineering team.
· Support project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
· Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
· Participate in the development and execution of training programs for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field.
· Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Experience with developing various types of requirements and user stories.
· Good understanding of global sourcing and procurement processes. Knowledge of SAP /ERP applications for sourcing, procurement, travel & employee expense, and supplier management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
· Understanding of business process modeling notation.
· Experience with basic user-focused design techniques
· Understanding of how to apply organizational change management principles.
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is preferred.
· Experience working within a product organization.

As an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Consultant, your main responsibilities will be responsible for:

Enterprise IT is searching for an experienced Product Manager within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to be responsible for the Integrated Facilities Management, Building and Package Management, Real Estate Management, and Smart Buildings Products.
The Product Manager, will work as a member of the Facilities Management Product Line. Under the direction of the Product Line Lead, Facilities Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the Global Workplace and Enterprise Services organization to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of our companies facilities.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Gain deep subject-matter expertise within key facilities management business processes, systems, and data.

· Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies
· Exposure to Global Workplace and Enterprise Services and Global Security Management applications and technologies, including industry trends
· Experience with space occupancy, real estate management, integrated facilities management, building management technologies
· Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners
· Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies
· Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

ROLE SUMMARY
This challenging opportunity will be supporting the Source to Settle IT under the Enterprise Process Management (EPM) Department.
The primary purpose of this role Senior Specialist, Source to Settle will be a change agent for the Procure to Pay process via partnership with internal and external parties on the design development implementation and governance of global processes. The Source to Settle Senior Specialist will lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within procurement like - Accounts payable, supplier management, requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoice and payment processing.
This position is responsible for ownership of the end to Source to Settle process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Is directly coordinating, aligning, and partnering with the business via managing specific Source to Settle process area or subject e.g., requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoice and payment processing, supplier management and all other relevant subjects. The role accounts for the business requests and demands and based on the knowledge of the current SAP and Ariba template and the business process, facilitates the realization of the requests/demands via engaging the rest of the teams, external consultants and or the AMS support teams.
Can participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of Animal Health newly acquired companies into the AHIT platforms and processes.
Handles small projects as sometimes hands-on for specific area of expertise, lead consultant, project manager, and or as the subject matter expert (in case of SAP or product rollouts projects).
Accounts and manages for the demands per region and specific area and discusses this with the respective Global process Team member. Assoc Director aligns and confirms feasibility of the requests/demands as to functionality, resources, and lead time delivery of the solution.
Collaborates with other Global and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations, and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role.
Is constantly aligning with the Finance & Source to Settle Director as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
This position requires a driven individual who has passion in technology, with a configuration skills and ability to implement without supervision the Ariba Procure to Pay processes, Accounts payable component of SAP. To ensure success, your deep knowledge in SAP Accounts payable module and Ariba procurement application and the experience in at least one full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience are valuable and will be required.
Your hands on configuration experience coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as SAP Ariba, Accounts payable, HR mini-master Business Warehouse & S4 will be an advantage. You will be expected to work with very minimal supervision and will be expected to carry an assignment on your own or together with the other functional project team members and business counterparts.
Professionally we require a university graduate or any of its equivalent in the logistics and sales, marketing and or Business administration. SAP certification is an advantage but not required.
This position requires strong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion, and ambition.
This position requires to act as Key initial point of contact for Subject Matter Experts on potential improvements or issues impacting the business and translate user’s requests into application / system solutions.
Education, Experience & Competencies
Education: BSc or Business administration Degree, or equivalent with relevant experience in procurement application, also knowledge of HR mini master, BW analytics and S4 is a plus.
The candidate should have 3+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industries.
