General Duties

• Supervise cleaning team leaders and team members and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge of the campus
• Leads the cleaning team and involves in the implementation of the processes and procedures
• Coordinate with the Facility Administrator on matters concerning day-to-day cleaning operations, including but not limited to: School support requirements, cleaning team roster, deployment schedule, incident reporting, operational requirements such as supplies and equipment

• In conjunction with the Facility Administrator and Facility Manager, develop SOPs for Cleaning Operations and coordinate the implementation.
• Assess and monitor the performance of the cleaning team. Feedback to the Facility Administrator / Facility Manager any performance and behavior issues of the team members
• Report and investigate any cleaning related or unusual incidents promptly and seek advice from the Facility Manager
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of the performance of service providers
• Monitor the cleaning support requests and assess the needs on daily basis
• Check and ensure all cleaning equipment are always in functional and good condition. Report to the Facilities Administrator if any equipment needs to be serviced or repaired.

JOB SUMMARY

The Internal Auditor assists the Head of Internal Audit Asia Pacific to achieve the goals and objectives of Internal Audit department, including participating in the implementation of annual audit plan as well as any other assigned and delegated duties. He/She executes internal audit engagements in accordance with audit procedures and applicable frameworks on governance, risk management and control.

Provide independent and objective assurance

In addition to practical on-the-job training, interns will be challenged with assignments relevant to credit union business needs.  Based on several key factors, interns may be considered for program extensions or offered full-time employment upon graduation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Students should be currently enrolled at an accredited university in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business administration, finance or accounting (preferred).
