Bertanggungjawab dalam menyelenggara Sistem Pengurusan HSE (HSEMS) & Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (QMS) KTSB dan memastikan pelaksanaan Pelan HSEQ yang berjaya.

Akauntabiliti Utama:

1) Pembangunan dan pelaksanaan Dasar

· Membantu dalam pembangunan dan pengurusan pelaksanaan serta pengekalan dasar HSEQ yang memberi tumpuan kepada

Kelayakan/Pendidikan/Pengalaman/Latihan/Pengetahuan:

Tanggungjawab:

• Menyelia dan mengarah projek pembinaan dari konsepsi hingga siap.
• Semak projek secara mendalam untuk menjadualkan hasil kerja dan menganggarkan kos.

Tanggungjawab:

• Melakukan pengambilan kuantiti, anggaran kos, dan penyediaan bajet projek dan pelan kos
• Memantau, mengawal dan merekodkan penggunaan bahan dan kos projek bagi memastikan keselarasan dengan bajet yang diluluskan
• Menyediakan dan menghantar tuntutan kemajuan bulanan kepada pelanggan
• Menyediakan dan mengesahkan sijil pembayaran interim subkontraktor
• Nilaikan pesanan variasi (VO) dan sediakan dokumentasi sokongan
• Menyediakan dan mengurus akaun akhir projek, termasuk rundingan dan penyelesaian dengan pihak berkaitan
• Menyusun sebut harga, menjalankan perbandingan harga dan menyokong rundingan dengan pembekal dan subkontraktor
• Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak, pengukuran bersama dan penilaian tapak untuk pensijilan subkontraktor
• Berhubung secara berkesan dengan pelanggan, perunding, subkontraktor dan pasukan projek dalaman mengenai perkara kontrak dan komersial
• Pantau bajet projek, kenal pasti potensi lebihan kos dan cadangkan langkah-langkah mitigasi
• Mengambil bahagian dalam proses tender, termasuk penyediaan anggaran kos, bil kuantiti dan penjelasan tender

Keperluan:

• Pengalaman lepas sebagai pengurus kontrak, QS atau peranan yang berkaitan.
• Kemahiran organisasi dan kepimpinan yang cemerlang.
• Kebolehan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang cemerlang.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang kontrak pembinaan dan pentadbiran kontrak
• Berpengalaman dalam pengurusan tuntutan, kawalan kos dan penyelesaian pertikaian.

Responsibilities:

• Excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

Job Summary:

• To perform all tasks allocated within the designation of an Operator II in the most effective and efficient manner. Area included but not limited to bulk loading, packing, BBC discharge, weighing bridge, forklift, roadsweeper, store, etc.
• Perform any task within the designation of an Operator II as requested by superior; assist in bulk loading, BBC discharge, packing & stacking, weighing bridge operation, operate forklift, operate roadsweeper, store arrangement, etc.
• Able to perform minimum three operation tasks and comply with specific task requirements; willing to follow work rotation as required.
• Maintain related machinery/equipment in good condition and attend to minor breakdowns.
• Cover for higher position as required; allowance paid according to C.A.
• Work on normal or shift duty as required by management.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and cleanliness of the whole plant and premises.
• Observe & adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment procedures in all work aspects.
• Adhere to quality management requirements such as ISO, Total Quality Management, 5S, QPP, Poka Yoke, and other company quality standards.
