Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Commercial Service Manager,
- Processing incoming sales orders,
- Preparation of quotations, delivery and invoicing documents,
- Liaise with sales and marketing personnel on customer’s orders,
- Provide excellent customer relationship service,
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales report,
- Assist in preparing product supply and planning forecast,
- Assist in office inventory and maintenance requirements,
- When necessary, assist the warehousing and logistics for stock planning & delivery, logistics, insurance and liaison with Freight Forwarders and Shipping Agents.
Job Specifications:
- SPM/ Certificate or Diploma in Administrative or any related field.
- 2 years working experience in Sales Coordination will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Alertness on identifying mistakes and drives for perfection.
- Quick and analytical in problems solving
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Fresh graduates of Bachelor’s Degree are encouraged to apply.
