Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accounts cum HR & Admin Executive to manage financial and human resource operations. This role requires a professional who can handle full-set accounting, HR administration, payroll processing, and compliance matters efficiently while supporting the company’s overall operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.
- Handle monthly and yearly financial closing and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Process and verify supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including SST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Work with external parties for audit, banking, and financial matters.
Human Resources & Administration:
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other statutory contributions.
- Maintain HR records, employee leave, claims, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management.
- Assist in general office administration, procurement, and facility management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll systems, and HR practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Biztrack) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information professionally.
