Ringkasan Kerja:

Kami sedang mencari Pegawai Akaun Kanan merangkap Eksekutif HR & Pentadbiran yang sangat teratur dan berorientasikan perincian untuk menguruskan operasi kewangan dan sumber manusia. Peranan ini memerlukan seorang profesional yang boleh mengendalikan perakaunan lengkap, pentadbiran HR, pemprosesan gaji dan hal-hal pematuhan dengan cekap di samping menyokong keperluan operasi syarikat secara keseluruhan.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

Akaun & Kewangan:

- Mengekalkan set akaun yang lengkap, termasuk AR, AP, GL dan penyelarasan bank.

- Menyediakan laporan kewangan, penyata aliran tunai dan akaun pengurusan.

- ⁠Mengendalikan penutupan kewangan bulanan dan tahunan serta berhubung dengan juruaudit, ejen cukai dan setiausaha syarikat.

- Mengurus akaun belum bayar dan belum terima, memastikan pembayaran dan kutipan tepat pada masanya.

- Mengawasi penganggaran, kawalan kos dan ramalan kewangan.

- Memproses dan mengesahkan invois pembekal, tuntutan perbelanjaan pekerja dan wang runcit.

- ⁠Memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan cukai, termasuk SST, cukai pendapatan dan keperluan berkanun yang lain.

- ⁠Bekerjasama dengan pihak luar untuk hal ehwal audit, perbankan dan kewangan.

Sumber Manusia & Pentadbiran:

- Mengendalikan proses pengambilan pekerja, termasuk penyiaran kerja, temu duga dan onboarding.

Keperluan:

- Ijazah Sarjana Muda/Diploma dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan, Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.

- Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan yang serupa, sebaik-baiknya dalam persekitaran pembuatan.

- Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang prinsip perakaunan, sistem penggajian dan amalan HR.

- ⁠Kemahiran dalam perisian perakaunan (cth., Biztrack) dan Microsoft Office.

- ⁠Kemahiran dengan peraturan kewangan Malaysia, undang-undang buruh dan pematuhan cukai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity are preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and the Industrial Relations Act, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day HR operations.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in handling a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, attendance and leave management, disciplinary matters, and labour and industrial relations cases.
• Proficient in English, with good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Handle job advertisement, screening, and interview coordination.
• Administer employee attendance, leave management, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
• Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and supporting industrial relations cases in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
• Support office administrative functions, including documentation, filing, and coordination of internal activities.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.

• Memberi panduan kepada pekerja tentang dasar dan prosedur syarikat.
• Sokong HR dalam mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang positif.

B) Pematuhan Perhubungan Perusahaan

• Memastikan amalan syarikat mematuhi Akta Pekerjaan 1955 dan peraturan buruh Malaysia.
• Mengendalikan kes-kes berkaitan pemecatan, salah laku dan pemecatan yang tidak adil.
• Membantu menyediakan dokumentasi untuk kes Pejabat Buruh (JTK) atau Mahkamah Perusahaan jika diperlukan.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a broad remit spanning employee relations, policy, compliance and related projects. Summary
The Officer – Cargo Operations is responsible for monitoring and coordinating cargo build-up activities for both in-house and third-party (3PL) freighter operations. This role focuses primarily on e-commerce and solutions business, ensuring cargo is built up efficiently, accurately, and in line with flight capacity requirements. The officer also supports ground operations, system updates, and coordination with the Cargo Terminal Operator (CTO) to ensure smooth flight closure and cargo handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee cargo build-up activities for in-house and 3PL freighter operations, ensuring compliance with operational and safety requirements.
• Ensure optimal load utilization, with a target of 23 tonnes build-up for AK freighter operations, and full-fit utilization for other 3PL freighter flights.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams and CTO to ensure cargo is built, staged, and delivered according to flight schedules.
• Conduct CTO monitoring for ground operations, ensuring cargo acceptance, build-up, and handover activities are executed as planned.
• Support and monitor eHUB processing operations, ensuring cargo flows, scanning, and processing milestones are completed correctly.
