In this role you will be responsible for:
Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via leads and enquiries
Manage and identify customer needs and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets & KPI
Building strong customer relationships and managing territory effectively
Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate win-win solutions
Takes accountability by updating daily sales in system
Work closely with other team members to assist in collection
The ideal candidate will possess:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any fields with 1 to 2 years working experience.
Self-motivated with keen interest to interact with people, independent, result oriented and possess high integrity.
With Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Required languages: Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia/English

Main ResponsibilitiesYou as a Distribution Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Team; this will primarily include the day-to-day communications with our customers to provide the ‘face’ of Tarmac.

The role is a Monday - Friday role with every other Saturday AM (Saturday is worked from home), We have core hours but start and finish times can be earlier or later around these to operate a team balance and overtime is available with this role.
*Please note - this is a contract position where you will be payrolled by our MSP Partner for the duration of the contract
