What an Office Administrator does at Visa:

As an Office Administrator based in Thailand, you will act as a liaison between different teams to coordinate and provide on the ground execution across a spectrum of activities.

Receptionist & Office Management:

• Manage phone calls and correspondence courier/delivery (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), including custom clearance.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises and meeting rooms. Supervise and provide guidance to the tea-lady.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for those with experience in the banking, insurance, or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to challenges.
• Experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs, with a demonstrated ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience using Jira/Trello or similar task management tools.
