Senior-level role with end-to-end responsibility for M&A project execution. Manage internal and external project teams to deliver successful process (origination, approvals/governance, due diligence, transaction negotiation, post-signing). Partner with business units to screen and originate opportunities in line with approved corporate strategy.

Für unseren Standort in Visp suchen wir einen Laboranten Synthese im Kilolabor für den Bereich der hochaktiven Substanzen (HAPI). Sie werden Teil eines Manufacturing & Technology (MSAT) Teams und stehen in engem Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern aus der Qualitätskontrolle, Arbeitssicherheit und Produktion. Key Requirements

• University Degree (Bachelors required, Masters preferred) in a technical discipline: Safety expert, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical science

• Fundamental experience in an industrial environment, preferably hygiene in chemistry

• EHS Auditing experience

• Proven process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing (cGMP & safety aspects)

• Detailed knowhow and experience in Process Risk assessments

• Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong presentation skills for developing and delivering training to elevate knowledge, skills and behaviors at multiple levels of the organization

• Dealing with high level of ambiguity using coaching skills

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Teilnahme an FATs und Inbetriebnahmetätigkeiten, um eine reibungslose Übergabe der aseptischen Abfülllinie und Ausrüstungen zu ermöglichen

• Verantwortung für die Einrichtung, Umstellung, Bedienung und Fehlerbehebung der aseptischen Abfülllinie

• Verantwortung für die Ausführung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Wartungs- sowie Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit Sicherheits- und cGMP-Anforderungen

• Identifizierung von Ersatz -und Formatteilen für die Wartung, sowie Verwaltung des Ersatzteilagers (Wareneingang, Eingangsprüfung, Lieferung an den Arbeitsbereich, Herstellung von Teilen für schnelle Reparaturen und Verbesserungen).

• Unterstützung nachhaltiger Programme, Tools und Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Anlagenbetriebsfähigkeit und -zuverlässigkeit

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Polymechaniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis

• Bereitschaft für Piketarbeit, sowie zukünftige Schichtarbeit im 2 Schichtmodell

• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung im Betrieb eines Pharmaunternehmens im GMP regulierten Umfeld

We are looking for an Operations Planner (m/f/d) for our location in Visp. You are responsible for the holistic operations planning in Manufacturing Complex 2. This includes the coordination of all operational activities (long, mid and short term) within Manufacturing Complex 2, including resources and materials, as well as the coordination of large and small investment projects including qualification activities as needed.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the operations planning (shop floor scheduling) for large scale mammalian Manufacturing Complex 2 which is a 6 x 20kL production bioreactor facility.
• Development of an integrated plan to coordinate all operational activities (short term day to day on shop floor, and input to the master production schedule related to capacity) within Manufacturing Complex 2
• Coordination and planning of the tasks and requirements of the different areas such as Procurement Planning, Manufacturing Complex 2 Leadership Team and Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering, Global Engineering and Lonza Services.
• Develops and owns the Summary Production Schedule (SPS) which is driven by Supply Chain demand Planning and the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Development of detailed plans for production planning, maintenance planning, resource planning and availability of plant and equipment
• Proactive development of strategies to anticipate or counteract possible future supply bottlenecks
• Active development of measures to improve planning accuracy (process and system optimizations)
• Development, maintenance and training/compliance on the scheduling tool/system and its use in executing operations in the facility.
• Develop the planning strategy for Manufacturing Complex 2 Operations

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or biotechnology or corresponding training qualification
• Professional experience in production environment (GMP), experience on the shop floor in a biologics operation a distinct advantage.
• English business fluent and German an advantage
• Expert knowledge of SAP ERP/MRP and MES systems such as Syncade
• Proficiency in creation of an integrated schedule in planning software such as Orchestrate, Schedule Pro or Aspen planning a distinct advantage.
• Proficient knowledge of Office programs, especially MS Project
• Experience on scheduling/capacity optimization programs is also desirable.
• Several years of experience in supply planning in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology an advantage

As a CQV Specialist (m/f/d) in Visp, Switzerland, you are responsible for the qualification and validation of process engineering equipment and facilities. You are responsible for the professional planning and implementation of qualification and validation activities resulting from projects and system adjustments during the system life cycle. You make a significant contribution to the ongoing optimization of processes, systems and internal procedures. You are jointly responsible for ensuring that the plant personnel and the engineering groups have the necessary technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of commissioning and qualification documents for new plants, as well as the supervision of conversion, expansion and new construction projects. This is broken down into PQs on new construction projects for critical systems and the SLC support of all systems after going live

• Supervision of deviations, changes (GEP and GMP), as well as CAPAs

• Coordination of internal groups as well as external service providers and suppliers

• Responsible for the presentation of the qualification documents during audits and inspections

Key requirements:

• Graduate from a technical school (HF) / university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree or equivalent work experience 

• Good experience in a regulated environment GMP with regard to commissioning, qualification and validation, e.g. refrigerators and freezers, clean media and rooms, as well as process engineering equipment

• Good knowledge of MS Office is required, knowledge of COMOS (plant engineering software solution), DMS, Kneat, TrackWise and SAP is an advantage

• Fluent German (written and spoken) and/or fluent English (written and spoken)

• Independent and flexible work with a good communication style, also structured, focused and well-organized work behavior and also open to new ideas, agile and proactive

Am Standort Visp suchen wir Batch Record Reviewer (m/w/d), für unsere Quality Assurance Abteilung. In dieser Position werden Sie QA-Sachbearbeiter bei den relevanten Arbeiten für GMP-Produkte, die im Bereich Bioconjugates (PCP) hergestellt werden, unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kontrolle der ausgefüllten Herstell- und Reinigungsprotokolle (papierbasierend) auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit, gemäss Good Documentation Practice (GDP)

• Protokollreviews und Besprechung von gefundenen Beobachtungen, sowie Richtigstellung mit dem Betrieb

• Ausfüllen / Kontrolle von Tabellen, wie Dokumentenverwaltung und KPI

• Kontrolle der Audit Trail Review (ATR), inklusive abschließender Genehmigung der ATR Dokumente

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

• Abgeschlossene Laboranten- oder Chemikantenlehre, oder gleichwertiger Abschluss

• Gute GMP-Kenntnisse

• Interesse am Review von Dokumenten (papierbasierend)

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel). Erfahrung mit LIMS, TrackWise und DMS von Vorteil
