Maintain the Production system including e-Commerce, Hybris and N-ERP systems which requires problem solving and collaborating with other teams, and initiating new enhancements or solutions
Design to-be process based on full understanding of as-is process on N-ERP (SAP) in SD, MM, LE and FI/CO module and make sure process innovation and improvement over all related systems like Hybris, EDI, RMS and Workflow.
Maintain and lead all our retailers’ system integration projects with Samsung N-ERP (SAP) for order to cash process, also work closely with retailers’ IT team to reduce business process issues to ensure the order process flow meets KPIs
Implement SAP Hybris projects for backend N-ERP (SAP) integrations and testing which requires communicating with both local and global Hybris, Sales and SoD teams
Provide insightful data analysis and maintain data integrity in business systems and legacy systems, whilst analysing data to identify areas of improvement for business system processes
Working closely with RHQ/HQ and external customers/vendors to ensure goals are on-track and being met in a timely manner
Provide ongoing coaching, training and support to your team and act as the point of escalation for all PI enquiries.
Other duties as required in areas of systems/ process improvement projects within the team
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Data Analytics related or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years SAP cross-functional experience in SD, LE, MM, FI, CO modules in large organisations
Extensive experience in a systems integration role as an EDI Specialist, Business System Analyst or similar role
Experience managing the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects is essential
Experience in Hybris configuration and back-office is a plus
Excellent communication skills, team player and the ability to work under pressure
Passion for business process management and data analytics
