Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret - SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:

• Provide innovative process improvement solutions for current Personnel Security areas such as Continuous Evaluation/Continuous Vetting, Case Management, Case Initiation, and Automated Records Check (ARC).
• Conceptualize, design, and develop robotic process automation (RPA) within PERSEC systems to improve process flow between various security teams.
• Strategize, design, and implement innovative processes to improve NGA PERSEC for reportability to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), utilizing Process Improvement techniques (i.e., Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile Management, etc.)
• Deliver all product/service work utilizing Agile principles and methodology (Kanban or scrum) that contain a series of defined states (i.e., Team Backlog, Analyze, Review, Build/Perform, Integrate & Test, and Accepted.

$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
